Cybermeds App Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   Welcome to the Cybermeds mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Conjug8 Corporation (“Conjug8 Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a pharmaceutical company registered in the Philippines. By downloading, installing, or using the Cybermeds App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
   
2. Definitions
   • “App” refers to the Cybermeds mobile application
   • “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person who downloads, installs, or uses the App
   • “Services” refers to all services provided through the App
   • “Prescription Medications” refers to medicines that require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider
   • “Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications” refers to medicines that can be purchased without a prescription
3. Eligibility
   1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
   2. If you are using the App on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have the legal
      authority to do so.
   3. Healthcare professionals using the App must be duly licensed in the Philippines.
4. Account Registration
   
   1. You must register an account to use the App’s services.
   2. You agree to:
      • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
      • Maintain and update your information
      • Keep your account credentials confidential
      • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
   3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Prescription Requirements
   1. For prescription medications:
      • A valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required
      • The prescription must be current and not expired
      • The original prescription must be presented upon delivery
      • Digital copies of prescriptions must be clear and complete
   2. We reserve the right to:
      • Verify prescriptions with the issuing healthcare provider
      • Refuse to fulfill orders if prescriptions appear invalid or altered
      • Report suspected fraudulent prescriptions to authorities
6. Ordering and Delivery
   1. All orders are subject to:
      • Availability of products
      • Validation of prescriptions (where applicable)
      • Delivery location restrictions
      • Minimum order requirements
   2. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on:
      • Location
      • Weather conditions
      • Natural disasters
      • Other circumstances beyond our control
7. Pricing and Payment
   1. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes.
   2. We reserve the right to:
      • Change prices without prior notice
      • Refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors
      • Implement minimum order amounts
   3. Payment methods:
      • Major credit/debit cards
      • Digital wallets
      • Other payment methods as indicated in the App
8. Returns and Refunds
   1. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products:
      • Returns are generally not accepted
      • Refunds are limited to incorrect or damaged items
      • Products must be unopened and in original packaging

      • The FDA (when applicable)
9. Intellectual Property
   1. All content in the App is owned by or licensed to Conjug8 Corp.
   2. You may not:
      • Copy, modify, or distribute App content
      • Reverse engineer the App
      • Remove copyright or trademark notices
10. Limitation of Liability
    1. We are not liable for:
       • Adverse reactions to medications
       • Incorrect use of products
       • Self-diagnosis or self-medication
       • Technical issues beyond our control
    2. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.
