Cybermeds App Terms and Conditions

- Introduction
Welcome to the Cybermeds mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Conjug8 Corporation (“Conjug8 Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a pharmaceutical company registered in the Philippines. By downloading, installing, or using the Cybermeds App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
- Definitions
- “App” refers to the Cybermeds mobile application
- “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person who downloads, installs, or uses the App
- “Services” refers to all services provided through the App
- “Prescription Medications” refers to medicines that require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider
- “Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications” refers to medicines that can be purchased without a prescription
- Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
- If you are using the App on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have the legal
authority to do so. - Healthcare professionals using the App must be duly licensed in the Philippines.
- Account Registration
- You must register an account to use the App’s services.
- You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Prescription Requirements
- For prescription medications:
- A valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required
- The prescription must be current and not expired
- The original prescription must be presented upon delivery
- Digital copies of prescriptions must be clear and complete
- We reserve the right to:
- Verify prescriptions with the issuing healthcare provider
- Refuse to fulfill orders if prescriptions appear invalid or altered
- Report suspected fraudulent prescriptions to authorities
- For prescription medications:
- Ordering and Delivery
- All orders are subject to:
- Availability of products
- Validation of prescriptions (where applicable)
- Delivery location restrictions
- Minimum order requirements
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on:

- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
- All orders are subject to:

- Incorrect use of products
- Self-diagnosis or self-medication
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.
